About the Job

We are looking for experienced gardeners - Boleva Trädgård

At Boleva Trädgård, we are seeking experienced gardeners who want to work independently, variably, and with responsibility. You will primarily take care of private gardens but also some companies and housing associations, often with recurring customers and a long-term focus on maintenance and development.

After an introduction with colleagues, you will work independently, and if you have a full-time position, you will start from home with one of the company’s gardening vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of gardens with a holistic perspective.
• Planting, bed maintenance, soil improvement, and fertilization.
• Pruning of fruit and ornamental trees, shrubs, and hedges.
• Hedge trimming and shaping.
• Manual pruning.
• Lawn care: mowing, trimming, dressing, and sowing according to the maintenance plan.
• Verticutting.
• Weeding.
• Advising customers on plant choices and long-term maintenance.
• Garden design.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained gardener with professional experience.
• Is confident in your professional role and enjoys independent work.
• Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Has ease in customer contact and communicates professionally on-site.
• Has good physical ability and enjoys working outdoors in all weather.
• Lives in the Gothenburg area and has a B driver's license (experience driving with a trailer).

Meritorious

• Chainsaw and/or brush cutter certification.
• Arborist training.
• Other specialist knowledge in gardening.
